The establishment of the Madan Puraskar Guthi, the organization behind the award, reflected a commitment to fostering literary excellence and preserving Nepal’s rich cultural heritage.

Purpose and Objectives

The primary objective of the Madan Puraskar is to recognize and honor exceptional literary works that contribute to the enrichment of Nepali literature. By celebrating outstanding authors and their contributions, the award seeks to inspire creativity, encourage intellectual discourse, and promote a deeper appreciation for Nepali language and culture.
